Can We Keep Learning? Part-2

A few months back, I wrote about my contemplation in buying new gouache colours and paintbrushes to learn floral art. Did I stick to painting? The answer is a positive definite yes. Picking up my brushes, painting and filling out my journal with small pieces of floral art has made me feel content. To explore more, I started following artists and illustrators who showcase beautiful artwork, took part in online challenges and realised β€” I want to learn more. And build my niche.

What Next?

As vaccines are being distributed across the world and news on new strains have made us all go not again, I wonder how people are coping with the extended lockdown. I am sure many people are just thankful to be spending a lot of time with their families (with an overwhelming amount of work seeping in, of course), taking a vacation for a solo trip has been on my mind since I can last remember. Also, here is wishing you and your dear ones a healthy and prosperous new year ahead!

Let me take this moment just to say – you lived; every single day you woke up and tried to fight your blues due to this collective stress that has been impacting your daily life. Please pat yourselves for keeping it together with hope, strength and perseverance.

Β‘Hola mi amigos! ΒΏCΓ³mo estΓ‘s hoy?

As I finally breathe after my mini victory of ranking first on Amethyst Level in Spanish lessons on Duolingo, I wonder how much has changed since I last wrote a tete-a-tete letter to vent out my feelings of anxiety. But with this β€œnew normal” (I know you are tired of it already), I wonder how others are taking it on with so many changes forced upon us due to the pandemic.
